Change of Mind

At Smiles by Natasha, you have 7 days to return your item(s) for store credit or exchange, provided that the item in question is:

  • – As new and is not used or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken)
  • – In a resalable condition and
  • – Not damaged in any way

You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept a change of mind return on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping.

You will also need to cover the cost of delivering the exchanged product to you.

If the item is not received by Smiles by Natasha, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you ensure high value items that you return for change of mind. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Defective Goods

If your order contains faulty products or items different from what you ordered, please Contact Us within 7 business days of delivery. You will need to provide clear photos of the items received and a description of the fault.

All goods sold by Smiles by Natasha come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to offer and replacement or repair only. We reserve the right not to offer a refund or store credit.
